Like many professionals in our post-pandemic world, I experienced corporate burnout. I witnessed a workforce that was increasingly unfulfilled, alongside an unprecedented wave of layoffs that left many feeling uncertain and undervalued. Through deep coaching work, I felt called to be an agent of change, advocating for careers that align with our true selves and are grounded in clarity and direction.

Today, I help mid-career professionals turn uncertainty into opportunity: clarifying their direction, sharpening their story, and packaging their strengths so they can compete with confidence in a changing job market.
